Where are VACANCIER knitwear made?

They are made by hand and by knitting machine, in Paris :)

How do I take care of my VACANCIER knitting?

To avoid prematurely damaging your item, do not wash it too often, try to space out the washes while remembering to air out your knitwear. Promote hand washing in cold water with special wool detergent, without softener. Gently wring your piece out in a towel without twisting it and leave it to dry flat. If you wish to machine wash your piece, select the delicate/wool mode, cold or at 20° maximum (beyond that, you risk causing your sweater to felt or shrink) with a delicate spin (no more than 400 revolutions) then leave your mesh to dry flat. Tumble dryer prohibited. If you wish to iron your knitwear, do so at low temperature, on the reverse side, placing a fabric between the soleplate of the iron and the garment.

I would like to purchase an item that is no longer available, what should I do?

You can sign up for the restocking alert, this allows me to know which knitwear to create and which pieces to restock. You can also write to me at vacancier.shop@gmail.com for any requests :)

Is it possible to modify/cancel an order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped, write to me at vacancier.shop@gmail.com so that we can find an arrangement :)

If the order has been shipped, it will be necessary to make a return upon receipt, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Is there a manufacturing lead time?

To avoid overproduction and stock, certain VACANCIER pieces are knitted to order, you must allow a production time of 2 to 3 weeks between placing your order and shipping it :) The pieces are exchangeable or refundable within 14 days of receipt*.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes ! If you would like to add a particular adjustment to your VACANCIER piece, choose the tailor-made option, then once on the basket page, click on add a note to your order specifying the modifications you want. Allow a production time of 2 to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed for it to be completed.

DELIVERY & RETURN

What are the delivery costs?

There are several delivery rates depending on the location and carrier you choose.

In Paris, it is possible to choose hand delivery for free :)

What is the delivery delay ?

Once your order is manufactured and shipped, it depends on the carrier chosen. By Colissimo the delivery time is 2 to 4 days (for mainland France from the date of shipment).

How to make a return?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please take the necessary precautions to prevent the package from being lost.

My item has a defect, what should I do?

PAYMENT

What payment methods are available?

The site uses the Stripe payment application to make online payments, this platform accepts many payment methods: American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa.

You can also choose to pay for your order in installments using Klarna.
