I Legal Notice
The VACANCIER site accessible at the following address, http://www.vacancier.shop, is the property of Morgane Patin, it is published on Shopify, an e-commerce platform.
The entire site is the property of Morgane Patin, SIREN number 879666543, whose head office is located at 40 rue Godefroy Cavaignac, 75011 PARIS.
The site is hosted on the Shopify platform, owned by Shopify Inc.
The general conditions of sale govern the agreement between the customer and the seller.
III Purpose of the sale
The site http://www.vacancier.shop offers fashion clothing and accessories for sale.
IV Unit price
The price of each item is indicated on its product sheet. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however the price applied for the customer will be the one in place at the time of the order placement. The price of the items displayed on the product sheets benefits from the VAT exemption regime. Since the seller has auto-entrepreneur status, the items offered on this site are exempt from VAT, according to article 293B of the CGI (France). The prices indicated on the product sheets do not take into account the delivery costs, these will be communicated to the customer during the checkout of his order, when he chooses his delivery method / carrier.
V Order placement
The customer is free to add the products he wishes to purchase to his basket, within the limits of available stocks. Each item has several photos and a description on its product sheet to provide as much information as possible to the customer. The customer can at any time remove any item from his basket. The customer's order is only validated and takes effect once the customer has read the general conditions of sale, validated his basket and made payment of the amount due.
The customer has the means of payment available and offered on the site at the time of his order. Validation of payment concludes the sale between the seller and the customer. VII Shipping and Delivery
Following the validation of the payment, the seller undertakes to ship the order within 72 hours of its passage, for items in stock (working days).
For pre-order items or items requiring additional time, this will be indicated on the product sheet of the product(s) concerned. It is up to the customer to take note of these additional deadlines and to accommodate them.
When placing his order, the customer can choose his delivery method. In the event that the delivery is made by an independent carrier, the customer's contact details (surname, first name, delivery address, telephone number and/or e-mail address) will be sent to the organization in charge of the delivery.
VIII Receipt of goods
Upon receipt of his order, it is up to the customer to check the conformity of the products ordered.
If the order arrives damaged, non-compliant or has a defect, the customer must notify customer service as soon as possible at the following address: email@example.com to agree on a solution between the two parties.
IX Returns and Refunds
If upon receipt of his order, the items do not bring full satisfaction to the customer, even if the items comply with the product sheet, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to withdraw from the sale, by making a return. The deadline for an exchange is 30 days.
Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the parcel were to be lost, the refund and/or credit cannot be granted.
Returns are accepted if and only if the item is returned in its original condition: new, without having been worn or damaged, soiled or damaged, in its original packaging, ready to be resold.
If and only if these conditions are met, then the customer may request a refund of the returned item(s) or a credit note for the sum thereof. The customer will then be reimbursed the sum of the returned products as well as the initial shipping costs.
Please note that made-to-order/custom-made pieces cannot be taken back or exchanged :)
