Refund policy

If upon receipt of the order, the items do not bring full satisfaction to the customer, even if the items comply with the product sheet, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his/her order to withdraw from the sale, by making a return. The deadline for an exchange is extended to 30 days.
Please note that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the parcel was to be lost, the refund and/or credit would not be granted.

Returns are accepted if and only if the item is returned in its original condition : new, without having been worn, soiled or damaged, in its original packaging, ready to be resold.

If and only if these conditions are met, then the customer may request a refund of the returned item(s) or a credit note for the sum thereof. The customer will then be reimbursed the sum of the returned products as well as the initial shipping costs.

Please note that made-to-measure/custom-made pieces cannot be taken back or exchanged :)
