Tropics

For this new season, VACANCIER is heading for the tropical sun!

Inspired by Slim Aarons' work, by the mythical seaside resort of Acapulco, and "That man from Rio" by Philippe de Broca, this collection is a joyous mix of acid colors, openwork stitches, noble materials and new pieces that extend the VACANCIER suitcase!

For this new season and the arrival of spring, I wanted to offer a fresh and colorful wardrobe. As for sweaters, there is a new model, BAHIA , made of 75% mohair, it is a perfect sweater for mid-season which comes in two hyper flash colors to match the most beautiful sunsets !

For the return of sunny days, cotton knitwear is once again in the spotlight, and comes in several pieces: fringed, colored or openwork maxi skirts, little striped dresses, or even little crocheted tops. Once again, all the pieces are made by hand and by machine, under the Parisian sun. 🤙🏻

Another novelty for the summer: the VACANCIER wardrobe has been enriched with a few fabric pieces: a little skirt in unbleached cotton canvas, PACIFIQUE , it's the little all-purpose skirt that goes with everything. And for this season, a t-shirt in Club Vacances colors has been created, to be worn without moderation under a sweater, with jeans, a skirt, over a swimsuit, in short, everywhere, all the time.

All these pieces that are not knitted on my machine or by my hands are made in a Parisian workshop, in rolls of upcycled fabrics, always in this short circuit approach that is dear to VACANCIER ☀︎

As in previous seasons, the pieces in this collection are available in stock and to order depending on the sizes and models. For a small brand like VACANCIER , this avoids having too much stock to manage, and it's kinder for the planet because only the necessary quantities are made, there is no surplus . On each product sheet the availability is specified: in stock , the part is dispatched within 48 hours ; when there is a production time, it means that your piece has to be knitted/crocheted, and it then takes about 2 to 3 weeks between placing your order and shipping it :). Another advantage of made-to-order is that it fits everyone : if none of the sizes fits you, the made-to-measure option is also available :)
