ALPILLES off-white balaclava

The ALPILLES balaclava is entirely hand-knitted. It is made from an alpaca blend which makes it a very soft piece, to keep your head and neck warm all winter long. Each piece has a knitted tie to adjust the size of the hood :) ☀︎

Alpaca wool is known to be very soft and resistant, it is up to seven times warmer than sheep's wool.

VACANCIER knitwear is handcrafted which makes each product unique.

Composition and manufacturing:

65% Alpaca, 28% Polyamide, 7% wool, wool spun in Peru.

This balaclava is hand-knitted in Paris. For this model, the manufacturing time is approximately 4 hours.

Maintenance tips :

Promote hand washing in cold water with special wool detergent, without softener. Gently wring your balaclava in a towel without wringing it and let it dry flat. If you wish to wash your balaclava in the machine, select the delicate/wool mode, cold or at 20° maximum (beyond that, you risk causing your piece to felt or shrink) with a delicate spin (no more than 400 revolutions) then leave your hood to dry flat. Tumble dryer prohibited .

If you wish to iron your balaclava, do so at low temperature , placing a cloth between the soleplate of the iron and the garment.
